Prices in the housing market continue to fall even in the quaintest of neighbourhoods in the UK. Towns such as Helmsley, Ryedale and others in West London are seeing the most major changes with rates of 0.4% in the past 12 months. It has little to do with how well-to-do the neighbourhoods are for they can have everything to offer from beautiful historic places to dwell, cafes, shops, local merchants, authentic foreign and local cuisine, taverns, etc.

It's just the way the market is moving and prices seem to be falling faster in some locations than others. However, homes in Luton have seen increases of 14% and others 16%, while the UK at large is experiencing a rise of 6%.
