1. Rental Valuation

2. Marketing

Before launching your property we introduce it to our pre-qualified database of professional applicants to see if any match your specified criteria. With strong letting market conditions generally viewings are commenced almost immediately.

Properties are uploaded to our own website, which feeds other well known property search portals. They are also placed in our LED window display.

3. Viewings

We accompany all our viewings and arrange to suit you, or if the property is vacant we will always notify you each time we visit. Once the viewing is completed and we have your feedback this will be reported back to you, usually an automated service and it includes our own analysis of the tenants profile.

4. Letting Your Property

You're handing the control of your property to a third party. This should be handled by a mature, qualified individual who will handle it as you would. We have a large database of professional applicants and corporate bodies who undergo a profiling process before they are added to the system.

Our referencing process is outsourced, guaranteeing credit searches and employment history results. In a nutsehll if they don't pass the checks applicants are flatly declined. We introduce hundred of tenants to Landlords each year. On average tenants are remaining in properties for three years, but some are occupied for seven to ten years.

Once the application is succsessful we arrange with our inventory clerk to check the tenants in and complete the necessary paperwork.
