This may include industrial sites, brownfield land, agricultural land, office buildings, disused land, unused workshops, corner plots and garage blocks.

Experience

Edward Ashdale established a land and new homes department during 2015. Since then, we have helped many clients realise the full potential of their land holdings and assembled parcels of land to facilitate large development schemes.

We successfully helped clients with the Ruby Triangle a development of CIRCA 800 units on the Old Kent Road, a 29-house exclusive development in the village of Halstead Sevenoaks (currently under construction), a retirement village scheme in Halstead Sevenoaks, several developments of 6-10 units in and around Bromley suiting the first time buyer market under the Help to Buy scheme and continue to act for clients on larger plans from 300 - 1000 units.

Given our vast network of associates and contacts we can assist with all land opportunities throughout London, the South East and North of England. These are mostly high volume, multi-million pound schemes, but also other smaller schemes with a value of £15,000.

Requirements

Our developer clients and house builders are mostly self-funded organisations with the ability to move quickly.

If there is any property or land you feel may have development potential, whatever your requirements, we can provide a view and arrange an appropriate strategy through our established links with planners and professional development companies. These range from City-based corporate property development firms, to national house builders, retirement home providers and smaller private builders.

Marketing

Our new homes marketing team can provide a sales and marketing approach to any new developments or a more discreet highly-targeted campaign, if the nature of the case requires us to do so. Most of the sites we deal with are negotiated off-market and exclusively which helps generate best value and interest from serious buyers.

Our sales appraisals for each site are comprehensively detailed with comparable actual sold price information and values per square foot carefully worked out and professionally presented.
