
Sam Samuel MNAEA CRLM
Managing DirectorSam started his working career in 1989 straight from shool with the Royal Navy serving for six years. He returned to London and spent a year in various sales roles, selling health insurance to toy products and watches. Sam secured a stable position working for Southwark Council's Housing Department as a Housing Assistant in 1996 and completing a HND in Social Housing. Soon after promotion to Housing Officer Sam was managing over 500 units in Peckham. In 1998 Sam was made an offer by the owner of a Letting Agency in Bromley and took up the role as a letting agent, moving on to lettings manager before launching his own agency in November 2007. During 2011 Sam was approached to merge companies by an established property management company. Edward Ashdale was born from this and was formed in February 2012.
Sam enjoys all sports, participating in rugby, football and boxing all at high amateur level. He is a focussed and committed individual, well connected and regarded highly amongst his peers. Known as a person for getting the job done, which brought him the affectionate title 'Sam the man who can'. Sam lives with his wife, daughter and two dogs in Bexley Village.
