Sam started his working career in 1989 straight from shool with the Royal Navy serving for six years. He returned to London and spent a year in various sales roles, selling health insurance to toy products and watches. Sam secured a stable position working for Southwark Council's Housing Department as a Housing Assistant in 1996 and completing a HND in Social Housing. Soon after promotion to Housing Officer Sam was managing over 500 units in Peckham. In 1998 Sam was made an offer by the owner of a Letting Agency in Bromley and took up the role as a letting agent, moving on to lettings manager before launching his own agency in November 2007. During 2011 Sam was approached to merge companies by an established property management company. Edward Ashdale was born from this and was formed in February 2012.

Sam enjoys all sports, participating in rugby, football and boxing all at high amateur level. He is a focussed and committed individual, well connected and regarded highly amongst his peers. Known as a person for getting the job done, which brought him the affectionate title 'Sam the man who can'. Sam lives with his wife, daughter and two dogs in Bexley Village.

Like my other two partners, I care passionately about our company and the quality of service we give to our clients.

JC as he has known has spent over 40 years dealing with sales, lettings and development of properties in the South East of England. John has a great deal of legal experience, particularly in lettings. Of recent times John spends his times seeking new opportunities and planning expansion of the firm. Ultimately John's greatest passion for the job is ensuring a first class service is maintained.

John originates from the South of Italy and family is very important to him. He has two grand daughters, whom he takes great joy from and they keep him on his toes! John's hobbies include music, from heavy rock to the classics and radio. John is a licensed radio ham.

John Adamthwaite has been in the Property Industry for over 30 years, managing and letting residential and commercial property of all types for UK based and overseas Landlords. These days his time is spent mainly managing payments to Landlords, overseeing the office accounts and a myriad of paperwork duties. John prefers to deal with the hustle and bustle of dealing with company contractors although his preferred line of work is looking after tenants and Landlords. John enjoys travelling to the Far East and is an avid carp fisher, visiting some of the south's wonderful fishing lakes and winning awards along the way.

Kevin has spent the majority of his career in the City, where his strong broking and excellent communication skills were quickly recognised, culminating in great success as Desk Manager and Senior Sales Broker in Pan European equity markets in the City. 

More recently, Kevin expressed an interest in moving away from the chaotic world of the trading industry, as property has always been a great passion of his. Kevin’s progression from finance to property has been a natural and satisfying transition. He is well known for giving first class customer service, a consistent approach and strong attention to detail, whilst always ensuring a positive experience for all parties – buyers, sellers and co-operating agents. 

In a short period of time Kevin has built up a successful track record. He has helped many families and individuals to purchase homes in the local area, and prides himself on bringing about a positive outcome for all those he represents. Achieving results, whilst maintaining excellent customer service, is of the upmost importance to Kevin.

Kevin enjoys watching football and his beloved Millwall. He also plays golf and country pub walks.

Driven by excellent customer service, Samantha has built a career focusing on delivering results with the clients’ needs in mind.

Her many years experience in sales and a passion for detail has led to the natural progression to her current role with Edward Ashdale. A qualification in Interior Design is an added advantage when helping landlords showcase their properties to the rental market, ensuring that that they get the best return for their investment.

With her finger on the pulse of what is happening in local areas, Samantha is respected by landlords and tenants alike for her integrity and efficiency.

Dawn joined Edward Ashdale in May 2014 and is the Property Manager for the Bromley area.  Dawn joined with over twenty years' experience in the City as an Executive Assistant/PA.  She has bought, renovated and sold a number of properties in the Bromley area, giving her a wealth of experience in property management.  Dawn's knowledge and professionalism provides landlords with peace of mind that their property is in safe hands, whilst providing the maximum return on their investment.  In her spare time Dawn runs a busy home and family, and if there's any time left after that, she enjoys cycling, swimming and dancing round the kitchen!

Mary is a qualified, and enthusiastic business manager.  Mary has had a successful career within Real Estate &  local government,  as a Business and Project Manager, Mary successfully managed support services and transformed large complex multi-disciplinary teams, improved productivity and failing teams, while ensuring client satisfaction and core business as usual;  covering the areas of Legal, Business Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Regeneration and Economic Development.

Mary brought with her valuable knowledge and skills that ensures our clients get the best possible service tailored to their needs, while also ensuring governance and value for money.

Mary’s varied role has grown within the company, undertaking Property Management, Renewals, Business Operations and financial management. Mary is currently reviewing our systems to improve our clients experience to meet their needs and demands, her pet goal is moving to a more sustainable paperless environment.

If you have a problem, Mary is there to support and help you. In her spare time, Mary enjoys walking her 3 dogs, catching up with friends and learning new life skills.
